Nebraska State Department of Education requires districts to send out a parent survey reviewing special education services for their child(ren) ages 3-21. If this includes you, please complete the survey through link below. Only 1 survey per household, please (that is, if you have multiple children receiving services, you only need to complete the survey once). All responses are CONFIDENTIAL and demographic information collected is not for identification purposes.
