A reminder that if you are planning to participate in the Work Release Program this fall semester, your signed paperwork is due back to the HS office no later than 3:30 pm tomorrow, Tuesday, August 1st. If you have any questions, please reach out to Mr. Lanik.
It is that time of the year where fall sports are right around the corner. SV conditioning starts next Monday, July 31st! In order to practice or condition, you need to have your sports physical completed and turned into the school. You can bring it to your coach on Monday during practice if you have not turned it in yet.
Volleyball - 6:30 - 7:30 am
XC - 7:00 - 8:00 am
Softball - 8:00 - 9:00 am
Football - Meeting at 4:00 PM
- Conditioning 4:30 - 5:30
- Open weight room at 5:30
Speed and Agility camp at SV has been changed to Wednesday and Thursday from 7:30 to 9:00 AM. Cost is $25. If you are interested in signing up, email Blick at ashley.blickenstaff@sveagles.org. Open to incoming 7th - 12th graders.

SV Speed and Agility Camp - July 25th - 27th from 7am-9am for incoming 7thā12th graders. Camp will include proper weight training techniques, plyometrics, agility drills, footwork drills, core stability activities, and mental focus drills. Cost is $45 per athlete. Return paperwork and/or email ashley.blickenstaff@sveagles.org by Wed., July 19th so we can get a count of athletes participating.

Congrats to Cauy on a great season and HS rodeo career! Cauy finished his final HS rodeo last weekend. He also received a $1500 scholarship and a $250 association scholarship. Cauy had to write an essay and do interviews to receive both of these. We are proud of you! #svnation
