The SV Cross Country Team traveled to Johnson Lake for the Lexington Invite. They took advantage of the cooler temps by running some of their best times of the year. Tayley Becker placed 7th. Jazemine got to celebrate her birthday with people singing to her as she was running.
Congratulations to senior Ann Bose on achieving her 1,000th kill tonight in the triangular at Franklin!! Way to go Ann on this career accomplishment!!
Southern Valley goes 2-0 on the night after defeating Franklin 25-16, 25-16. The Eagles return to action on Thursday night @ Southwest in a triangular with Southwest & Sutherland. First serve is set for 6:15 pm.

8th graders explored color theory today and mixed either primary or magenta/cerulean/yellow hues for a variety of tones; this experience helped us understand how artists find the perfect combinations to paint portraits!
