SVA Saints beat Lexington tonight in JV (15-2) and Varsity (12-0) action. They will play again at home vs. Cozad on Thursday.

The Eagles host a triangular tonight! They play Elm Creek at 5:00 PM and Franklin at 7:00 PM. JV will be playing at the same times in the Elementary gym. Come support at the Nest!

The junior high volleyball team continues their season today! They head to Minden and play at 4:30 PM!

JV football comes up short against the Loomis Wolves tonight. They will play again next Monday at home vs Alma.

Southern Valley FBLA Officers 2024-2025

SV JH football & volleyball kicked off their seasons @ Loomis today. The SV football team came out on top 22-8 while the volleyball teams came up short in the A & C games with the B squad pulling out the victory. JH VB returns to action Tuesday @ Minden starting at 4:30 pm.

Elm Creek Volleyball Bracket for Saturday, September 14. SV plays Wood River @ 10:00 am to start the tournament.

Here is what is going on at Southern Valley this week. We have a very full week of activities both at Southern Valley and on the road.

Southern Valley held Homecoming festivities this evening finishing with the coronation. Congratulations to Adi Hunt & Sam Bantam for being crowned King & Queen and congratulations to all of our Homecoming Court!!

The SV Eagles came up short tonight falling to Arcadia-Loup City 44-10. The Eagles travel to Sutton next Friday night. Kickoff is slated for 7:00 pm.

Each year the NSAA recognizes the most successful interscholastic high school activities programs in Nebraska State Championship level competition. The school with the most points scored is awarded the Buckle Up, Phone Down cup championship. The Southern Valley High School girls were crowned the 2023-2024 Class D Division winners!!! Tonight our athletes were presented the cup by NSAA Director Nate Neuhaus during halftime of the football game.

Junior and Senior girls dominate flag football today 35-7 to wrap up HOCO competitions this week.

Eagle Volleyball greeted the Elementary this morning for High Five Friday! Come see them tonight at the Homecoming Football Game to bid on a dessert! 🦅💪🏼

XC brought home some hardware today! Tayley Becker was 9th in HS girls. Isaac Hamilton was 12th and Prestin Horwart was 13th in HS boys. Hunter Lans was 5th in JH boys. Lots of PR's today also!

The Cross Country team is at Cambridge today!

The Homecoming football game is here!! The Eagles play Arcadia Loup City at 7:00 PM! There are a lot of events going on tonight. Come support the Eagles!
