Unified Bowling competed in Hastings yesterday. The girls team rolled a 155 in one of their games. The boys high score was 121. Great Job!!!
Last night Southern Valley hosted their fall sports awards ceremony where we recognized and honored the athletes and coaches from our fall sports. In addition, we recognized our local winners of the NSAA Believers & Achievers as well as our NSAA Academic All-State honorees.
Next Monday night, November 17 will be our Winter Sports Parents meetings starting @ 7:00 pm. This is for High School sports only, not Junior High.
The Elementary Quiz Bowl competed in their home meet last week. It was a positive experience for all our team members. Their next competition is Thursday in Franklin.
The elementary students were in for quite the surprise for their Wacky Wednesday! All of the teachers switched classrooms for the day! They ended the day with some popcorn and candy for their SOAR reward. Great job Eagles!
The JH Quiz Bowl team took home 3rd place yesterday at the Arapahoe Quiz Bowl contest. Way to go Eagles!!
Today our staff and students were treated to a fantastic meal of beef and noodles over mashed potatoes. The beef was courtesy of an anonymous donor who purchased the beef at the Furnas County Fair. Thank you to our local community members for your generous and kind donation.

It's a "Wacky Wednesday" for elementary students on November 12. Students are encouraged to dress wacky as a reward for being a PBIS soaring eagle!
