SV Art students Kallie, Camila, Jazmynn, Leo, and Ellora competed in the Hastings College Paint In today. Battling rain and being relocated to a gym didn't stop them from completing their mural in a few hours with a fun "Surrealism" theme. Great job Eagles!

The Saints played their last home games tonight splitting a triangular. The Saints defeated Chase County 12-0 to start the day and then fell to Kearney Catholic in the night cap.
Tonight after Game #1, we were able to honor and recognize our five seniors and their parents. Congratulations to Alex, Natalee, Lillian, Josa & Eden.

Southern Valley FBLA at Nebraska SLC
The SV XC team has been busy! Thursday they competed in Norton. Three JH girls placed in the top 10--Josslyn Fletcher (5th), Catalena Dringman (9th), and Corbyn Wright (10th). The HS team saw tough competition from across the state of Kansas including Hays and Colby.
Friday they did some community service while running in Stamford and helped the Lutheran Church set up for their Pork Days meal.
Monday they ran at UNK. They competed with over 240 girls and over 300 boys! Lots of meet PR's, new experiences, and team bonding.
Next week will be RPAC at Arapahoe on Thursday.

Southern Valley hosted an Ag Safety Day today in conjunction with the Nebraska Extension office. Over 150 area Jr High students learned plenty of different skills they can apply to keep themselves safe in multiple facets of their lives.
The Lady Eagle Volleyball team competes in Amherst tonight at 5:00. Wish them luck!
It’s Senior Night for the SVA Saints Softball team as they host a Tri this afternoon. They play at 4:00 against Chase County and then Kearney Catholic to follow. Come out to support our seniors and cheer on the Saints! The Senior Night Ceremony will occur after the 4:00 pm game.
The Eagle Cross Country Team heads to Kearney to compete at the UNK invite. The meet will start at 12:00 PM. Go Eagles!
