Miss Tina is a paraprofessional on the elementary side here at Southern Valley. She also is a bus driver for preschool kids. Lastly, she is the head trap coach. She has known since high school that she wanted to work in a school system but didnāt get into education until she came to SV 9 years ago. Her favorite thing about working here is the kids. She loves their free spirits and innocence. Out of the three jobs she does here, she has trouble picking her favorite between being a para or the trap coach. On one hand, she loves being with the kids while being a para, but she equally enjoys getting to hang out with the JH and HS school students. She, however, dislikes being a bus driver the most. It is a job that forces her to wake up early and get home late, but she does still enjoy it. Thank you, Miss Tina, for being an essential part of our school!

Thank you Ms Amy and Pumpkin Corners for donating a pumpkin to our classroom! We are excited to decorate it for the holiday! š

We have another blackout winner in Reading Challenge Bingo! 2nd grader Adella Bergquist read 18 chapter books to complete the challenge. Way to go!
