High School Boys and Girls Basketball heads to Kansas today to take on the Norton Bluejays. JV starts at 4:30 PM, and varsity is to follow. Go Eagles! The JV boys game will be held at the Stull Gymnasium, 600 N. State Street.

The 7-12 music program held their annual holiday concert tonight featuring the JH Band, HS Band and the 7-12 combined choir.

Girls wrestling update from Wood River. Medal round about to begin. There are 3 girls wrestling for medals. Hayley Serfontein (120) is in the finals. Laney Becker (110) and Sophia Cunningham (125) will wrestle for 3rd place. Tune in on the Wood River Hudl Fan to watch it live.
The Staff Christmas Party for tonight is going to be postponed to a later date. We will try and have it after the New Year.
Yesterday the Eagles hosted the Southern Valley Rudy Glur Invitational. Coming out with medals for the Eagles were: Bryton Stalder (2nd, 106), Prestin Horwart (2nd, 150) and Hayden Lans (1st, 165). They will return to the mats this coming Tuesday, Dec 16 at Axtell before hosting the SV Duals next Friday, December 19.

Due to road conditions, the bowling teams will not be attending the McCool Jct invite today, Saturday, Dec 13 in York.
Both Eagles teams came up short against the very good Arapahoe teams tonight. The girls and boys team each improved from last week. We travel to York tomorrow for the McCool Junction tournament.
