Order of events for the HS Track meet @ Hi-Line (Elwood) this Thursday.

HS Golf @ Cambridge on Wednesday, April 1 has pushed back the start time to 11:00 am due to forecasted temperatures.

A few Eagles were able to make the trip to attend art awards ceremonies: Lillian and Camila at the Capitol building in Lincoln, Johnathan on UNL campus, and Camila in Omaha. Congrats again on your accomplishments! 🦅

5th grade is learning about chemical reactions and had a fun day making "volcanoes"!

High school track competes at home today at the Southern Valley invitational starting at 12:00 PM. Good luck to those competing!

6th grade is currently learning about organ systems. They demonstrated the nervous system with a reaction test and the digestive system by making "stomach"!

Congratulations to our 10 students who were named to the NCPA Academic All-State team for our winter sports & activities. Way to soar Eagles!!

Order of events for the Southern Valley HS Track invite this Friday, March 27.

RPAC East Instrumental was hosted tonight in Arapahoe. Southern Valley joined forces with bands from: Alma, Arapahoe, Bertrand, Elwood & Eustis-Farnam. Each school played an individual piece of music before combining for five songs to end the evening.

Congratulations to juniors Johnathan E and Lily J for receiving UNL’s Nebraska Young Artist award for visual arts! Johnny’s painting “USS Virginia (CGN-38)” and Lily’s digital drawing “Trout” will be on display with a celebration ceremony in Lincoln on March 25th. Go Eagles! 🦅

High school track kicks off its season today at the Cambridge Trojan Relays. Their meet will start at 1:00 PM. Go Eagles!

The Elementary QB team competed today at the ESU 11 meet held at the Prairie Museum in Holdrege. Students not only enjoyed competing but also the opportunity to look around the museum. Several saw and learned about a telephone book, something they had never seen before.

The Junior High Quiz Bowl team finished up their season at the ESU 11 meet today. They answered a lot of questions and have really improved over the season.
