Southern Valley is hiring!
Day 2 from State Track. Tori ends up in 13th place in the Shot Put with a toss of 34'2". Adi brings home 3rd in the 100m and 2nd in the 200m. As a team the Eagles ended up in a 4 way tie for 9th place. Way to represent Southern Valley athletes & coaches!!
State Track Update from Day 1: Brynn finishes 10th in the Discus, Brecklyn runs a 17.56 in the 100m Hurdles. Adi finishes 2nd in the 400m with a 56.85. Adi qualified for both the 100m & 200m finals tomorrow afternoon.

Last day as first graders!
The golf team ended their season today at districts @ Johnson Lake. Congratulations to Coach Epp and the boys by improving by over 60 strokes since their first meet. Jace misses by 2 strokes from going to state. Tylor and Chase are done but everyone else will be back next year.
Here is what is going on this week at Southern Valley. Please note all of the changes for Monday & Tuesday as Monday is now our last day of classes for K-12 students. If your 7-12 student misses school for any reason on Monday, they need to come to school on either Tuesday or Wednesday morning to complete the checkout process.

The Elem had their Field Day on Friday. It was tad breezy but overall we had a great day. Congrats to all of the students and Mrs Hosier on a job well done. We also want to thank all of our helpers, people that came out to support the kids and our sponsors that provided t-shirts.
Haisley and Hunter competed at the JH state track meet today. Haisley ran for her personal record in the 400 in 1:02.82 and ran a 2:33.91 in the 800. Hunter tied his personal record and finished 9th with a vault of 10'.
